SILENA, was a launch campaign that redefined creative boundaries through a unique blend of collaborative team efforts, diverse artistic techniques, and the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence. 
Facing significant time constraints (17 days from brief to delivery) and a desire to achieve unparalleled results, the team opted for a 3D/AI-driven approach over traditional live-action film. This strategic decision streamlined the production process, eliminating the need for extensive casting, location scouting, and set design, while ensuring the highest quality output.
The production brought together a truly global team of artists from Argentina, the UK, Spain, Croatia, the US, Iran, France, India, Colombia, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Switzerland. This diverse collective, with talent honed at world-renowned studios such as Weta, Digital Domain, DNEG, ILM, and Territory, contributed to blockbuster productions including Avatar, Black Panther, and Avengers: Endgame. Their collective expertise covered the entire CGI pipeline, from character development and animation to environment design, lighting, and compositing, all orchestrated by a dedicated CG Supervisor.
A key to overcoming the project’s ambitious creative vision and tight deadline was the implementation of structured communication channels across multiple time zones. This ensured efficient collaboration and minimised delays. Furthermore, the evolving creative demands led to the innovative integration of AI as a complementary tool. This adaptive approach allowed the team to embrace changes without compromising the client's vision, delivering a result that pushed creative boundaries.
AI played a pivotal role as a bridge between disciplines, merging traditional 3D and 2D workflows to achieve greater control, faster iteration cycles, and enhanced flexibility in adapting to creative changes. While maintaining character consistency presented a challenge, the robust backbone of 3D modelling and concept art proved essential. The final deliverable is a unique blend of 3D craftsmanship, imaginative concept design, and the agility of AI, showcasing a compelling synergy where creativity, 3D, and AI converged.
The campaign reaffirmed the value of flexibility in workflow, demonstrating that merging traditional CGI pipelines with AI and new approaches can expand possibilities within constrained timelines without sacrificing quality. The collaboration highlighted the strength of uniting diverse expertise across geographies and disciplines.
