Marlina Lim is the Group CEO of Leverate Group, an independent full-service marketing agency with operations in Indonesia, Singapore, and Germany. Under her leadership, Leverate has transformed from a local agency into a regional player.

Marlina is known for her leadership style that blends technological innovation with human-centered growth. She has redefined Leverate’s model into an integrated consultancy, bringing media, creativity, and marketing technology together under one roof. She also established a Marketing Technology department and developed partnerships with global AI and creative experts to future-proof the agency’s capabilities.

Chief Growth Officer

Herni leads the company growth through acquisition and development of new business opportunities. Her deep passion for marketing has driven her to take on diverse roles across Indonesia’s rapidly evolving industry. She began her career with daily deals platforms Groupon and LivingSocial, where she honed her skills in strategic planning, yield management, and sales leadership—gaining well-rounded expertise in the process.

Her passion for client-focused roles led her to Qraved, a food-tech startup, where she specialized in digital marketing for culinary businesses. She later served as Head of Sales at iCarAsia, merging online classifieds with the automotive industry. These experiences reinforced her belief in the power of well-executed digital media to transform business performance.

Herni earned a degree in Communication Science from The London School of Public Relations Jakarta, majoring in Marketing Communication. Her academic research explored how advertising influences brand perception in FMCG products.

Dylan Setiawan is a seasoned player in operations, account management, and creative strategy. His expertise encompasses revenue growth, integrated marketing, and company operations, with a recent focus on leading AI implementation at Leverate Group.

Dylan focuses on ensuring Leverate Group's operations team (strategy, creative, social media, performance, & tech) collaborates effectively and maintains high-quality standards.

Previously, Dylan held leadership roles at Havas Group Indonesia, where he managed high-profile accounts and spearheaded impactful digital strategies, driving significant results for clients.

Fauza brings over 15 years of proven leadership in account management, sales excellence, and integrated marketing. She has held strategic roles with Leverate Group for more than seven years, contributing not only to commercial growth but also to organizational leadership.

Before rejoining Leverate as Chief Partnership Officer, Fauza held senior positions at Tokopedia and Tiptip, where she led business partnerships and sales strategy with measurable success. Her career also spans over agencies such as J. Walter Thompson and Havas Digital Indonesia, as well as brand-side experience in marketing communications — equipping her with a 360-degree view of the industry.

Renowned for building high-performing account teams and driving sustained revenue growth, Fauza now leads strategic partnerships and client engagement at Leverate. Her focus is on scaling the agency’s capabilities and delivering impactful, market-relevant solutions. With a clear mandate to strengthen Leverate’s brand collaborations and accelerate its regional vision, Fauza plays a key role in driving our ambition to become Southeast Asia’s leading Integrated Marketing Agency.
