Without relying on popular e-commerce platforms and facing limited local performance data, Alo focused on driving quick conversions while building long-term brand awareness.

With just four months before major sales moments (11.11 and 12.12), Alo implemented a dual media strategy—prioritizing performance-driven campaigns while maintaining brand visibility. Using Meta and Google SEM, the team targeted high-intent audiences with segmented keywords and A/B tested creatives across various formats. AI-driven tools helped optimize bidding, placements, and audience targeting in real time, maximizing ROAS and reducing inefficiencies.

By Q4 2024, the results were remarkable: purchases grew by 1,014%, revenue increased by over 875%, and ROAS jumped from 7.53 to 37.6. At the same time, cost-per-purchase dropped by 82%, while reach and impressions more than doubled. Alo’s launch highlights how precision marketing, agile strategy, and data-led decisions can successfully shape new consumer habits and build brand loyalty in a competitive market.
