Daniel Eischen Chairman
Daniel studied literature, economics and business management in France and the USA. He holds an MBA from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. He started his career as a business consultant but quickly moved on to his true love, communication and marketing. Daniel co-founded Interact (digital media) and Concept Factory (advertising and design) in 1995. Followed a number of other business creations operating under the market brand “The Factory Group”. CEO of Interact, he has extensive experience in the areas of integrated cross-media communication strategies, social media and CSR policies. Board member of a number of business federations and chambers, Daniel regularly appears as conference speaker, coach and senior management trainer.
In his spare time, he is a singer-songwriter, world traveller and passionate cook.
Marco van Rookhuijzen
Marco started Steam in 1994. Over the years, the agency developed from a start up to a celebrated leading top 3 agency in employer branding and corporate communications. SteamTalmark employs 25 people. The agency has been highly Award winning over the years. Marco has been MD since the start. He studied at Hotel Business school in The Hague, Netherlands. However decided after some trials in the hotel business that this was not his ultimate working environment. Marco became marketing trainee in fast moving consumer. And discovered advertising, during this traineeship, while working at the internal advertising studio. He decided to develop himself in the field and worked since, for a few agencies and a large number of clients like Dow chemical, Rabobank, Euro Disney, DSM, Volvo, DHL, IKEA, Accenture and Ernst & Young. Marco is a founding member of Tribe Global and a firm believer in developing brands across borders. He is an enthusiastic sportsman, a food lover, fairly good cook and a passionate family man. His partner Yvonne, daughter Nikki and sons Joost and Bram make his life a dream.
