I head up the integrated marketing department of the YOU agency and am responsible for the overall strategy, performance and profitability of my department as well as for planning, developing and overseeing marketing activities for a variety of clients.  My role is unique as I collaborate with all internal departments, working closely with the creative, media planning and PR teams to develop and deliver innovative creative solutions,  robust campaigns and effective stakeholder engagement programmes.

A good example of a recent integrated campaign is the PricedIn campaign for L&Q, one of the UK’s largest housing associations. L&Q were keen to develop an innovative campaign that would generate further leads, position L&Q as leading providers of shared ownership homes and raise awareness of and shared ownership process and benefits to the consumer market. YOU created and executed a full marketing campaign to achieve this. We put together a creative concept of “PricedIn” which included the logo, distinctive creative and supporting messaging for use across all marketing material. Our Media and PR department worked hand in hand to place adverts and editorial amongst key consumer press. It was one of the most successful campaigns L&Q ran and in the first two months it ran it generated:
•    2,482 Leads
•    41% of unique visitors to the site registered
•    The best performing day of the campaign resulted in 331 leads in just one day

The above is a good example of how integration of creative, media and PR contributes to the overall success of a campaign.
