Describe your agency. How do you support your clients?

We’re a mid-sized, integrated digital and creative solutions agency with 15 years of experience. Our diverse portfolio includes everything from upcoming startups to established global brands. With a team of 500+ Tingsters, we operate across seven locations in India and have a growing global presence in the UAE and the UK. 

Our expertise spans branding & packaging, website and portal development, and managing content and media across digital platforms. 

At our core, we are a strategically driven creative partner for brands. We’re always curious, passionate, and eager to collaborate, no matter the industry or business size.

What is one of your favourite projects from Ting and why? 

One of our favourite projects was the reimagination of American Tourister’s product visual identity across marketplaces—a challenge we embraced with passion and precision. 

With 75+ dedicated Tingsters, we executed an epic 35-day, multi-location shoot covering 100+ product lines. From vibrant lifestyle imagery to meticulous technical shots, we brought American Tourister’s youthful, premium essence to life. 

The results? 

• Revamped Amazon A+ and B+ content 
• An upgraded brand store experience 
• A visually striking identity across platforms 

This transformation reinforced American Tourister’s position as India’s top luggage brand—a testament to the power of bold creativity and seamless execution.

We're all heart at Ting. Our team of Tingsters is driven by curiosity and passion, and we don’t see business as B2B, B2C, or B2G—we believe in P2P (People to People). 

We started from zero. No capital. No portfolio. No prior work experience. Yet, we built Ting one day at a time. 15 years later, we’re proud of how far we’ve come.

Our industry is often infamous for toxic work cultures, long hours, and burnout. But at Ting? We’ve rewritten the norms. 

Sure, we have bean bags (yes, we actually do!), but what truly defines us is our culture of care. Our teams build real connections, grow, and enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
