Member Spotlight: We Advertising
Dec 3, 2025
This month for our member spotlight, we're featuring We Advertising , an independent creative and strategic agency based in Tel Aviv — a city where creativity, chaos, and entrepreneurial grit collide daily. Working at the intersection of branding, digital, storytelling, and business innovation, We Advertising helps brands navigate a market shaped by rapid cultural shifts and constant uncertainty. Their philosophy is straightforward: they’re not just an advertising partner — they’re a business ally.
Describe your agency. How do you support your clients?
After two challenging years in Israel, We Advertising has sharpened its role: helping brands stay meaningful, resilient, and relevant in a reality that changes by the hour. Their approach blends strategic clarity with emotionally intelligent creativity and agile production. From integrated campaigns and influencer ecosystems to precision content and crisis-sensitive consulting, their work is designed to meet the moment without losing sight of long-term brand value.
Their promise is simple: creativity that moves people, strategy that creates success.
What is one of your favourite projects and why?
One of their standout projects this year was the relaunch of Burgeranch, Israel's oldest hamburger chain and a beloved national classic. When their long-term partnership with KFC ended, the Burgeranch brief arrived at exactly the right moment — a chance to reimagine a legacy brand while signalling a new chapter for the agency itself.
The challenge was clear: Burgeranch had lost relevance, especially among Gen Z. The brand felt nostalgic, but not current. The solution began with its most iconic asset — the bull logo. For the first time in the chain’s history, the bull was brought to life not as a mascot, but as a voice: direct, honest, and unmistakably Israeli.
This became the foundation for the new brand narrative: “100% taste. 0% attitude.”
A sharp, culturally grounded idea that cut through the polished sameness of global fast-food advertising.
The campaign ecosystem included character-led storytelling across TV, digital, and social; an updated visual identity that respected the brand’s roots; and a tone of voice that felt fresh, confident, and unmistakably local. Within months, Burgeranch saw more than 15% growth — but more importantly, it regained cultural relevance and sparked new affection across generations.
For We Advertising, the project reflects what defines them: strategic focus, bold creativity, cultural intuition, and the ability to turn a challenge into momentum.
Why should indie agencies contact you?
In a time of global instability, We Advertising believes indie agencies succeed when they collaborate. Their strength lies in a uniquely Israeli blend of speed, pragmatism, emotional intelligence, and entrepreneurial instinct — the kind of partner who rolls up their sleeves, moves fast, and finds smart creative solutions regardless of constraints.
They bring deep experience in fast-moving consumer campaigns, brand storytelling, influencer strategy, lean-budget production, and cultural insight across Israeli and Middle Eastern audiences. For agencies looking for a partner with both resilience and heart, We Advertising offers both.
Tell us a fun fact about your agency!
The agency was born because of diapers. A new diaper brand entered the Israeli market with ambition but no budget — and needed sharp strategic and creative partners. A mutual friend made the introduction, the chemistry was instant, and the collaboration sparked what became one of the biggest diaper shake-ups Israel had seen. What started as a two-person creative venture grew into a full-service agency delivering meaningful work across industries. And, as they like to joke, in advertising things sometimes still smell like diapers — a reminder of exactly where they began.
