Describe your agency. How do you support your clients?
To answer that properly, I think it helps to start with where the industry actually is right now. Digital marketing didn't just get more technical; it got a lot noisier. AI assistants are now gatekeeping content discovery. Feeds adapt to users in real time. Generative tools have brought the cost of creative production down dramatically. What used to be specialised capabilities are becoming baseline expectations.
What we've built at Avyan is designed for exactly this environment. We move with pace. We think in systems. And we're willing to question the default, whether that's the media mix, the content approach, or the martech stack underneath it all. The creative and technical sides of our work are not separate disciplines here; they inform each other from the start.
For clients, that translates into something quite specific: we're not here simply to run creative and media campaigns and report on them. We're here to build the kind of digital infrastructure that makes a brand genuinely hard to ignore, with the content engines, the measurement frameworks, and the full ecosystem behind it.

Tell us about one of your favourite projects!
We currently have a long-standing partnership with iNova Pharmaceuticals. But it began with a media brief, and after building that trust the first time around, it translated into more projects.
It's that built rapport that gave us the space to experiment with what else we could do together. Sometimes we grew faster and pulled iNova with us; sometimes they pushed ahead and challenged us to keep up. That back-and-forth is still very much alive, and is something you can see in what we’re exploring right now.
Currently, we’re using AI in creative production to scale iNova’s content without sacrificing craft and piloting AI-driven market research tools that give them the kind of consumer insight speed they’ve never had access to before. Neither is a finished story yet, but I think that’s what makes this partnership worth talking about.
Why should indie agencies contact you?
One of the inspiring things about independent agencies is their unbridled passion and desire to get things done. (In a way, we like to consider ourselves an indie agency too.) But without the right resources, they might hit a ceiling when clients look for more complex solutions, like AI integration or multi-market engineering.
Instead of competing with them, we want to arm their creativity. If they specialise in the creative campaign side, we can offer our technical expertise so they can fully bring their client's vision to life. And vice-versa — if an agency leans more on the technical side, we're more than equipped to understand their concerns and help them translate them into creative output.
Agencies that also want to get a foot in the door of the AMENA market can gain a foothold thanks to our Southeast Asian roots and network in the region.

Our marketers and technologists sit together in Singapore, where we work closest with regional clients, and in the Philippines, where the bulk of our operations are based. Same roof, effectively.
Aside from anchoring us in an expansive network across SEA, we like to think of being based in Singapore and the Philippines as the perfect left-brain/right-brain marriage: Singapore has the sharp, analytical energy that keeps our finance and technical operations running with precision and efficiency, while the Philippines fuels our creative engine with world-class imagination, heart, and grit.
Essentially, Singapore brings in the discipline, the Philippines breaks out the karaoke.
I think that balance is crucial in a creative environment — and something that brings the best in Avyan as well.
