Adam is an accomplished marketing and creative leader currently serving as the Managing Director at TrunkBBI. With over 15 years of experience, Adam has spearheaded impactful campaigns for renowned brands like PlayStation, Jack Daniels, and Liverpool FC. Specialising in creative content development, his proficiency lies in film, animation, and creative technology.

Adam's true passion is witnessing the growth of individuals and creating exceptional work. Recognised as the Rising Star of the Year in 2016, he has earned numerous European Content Awards and served as a New York Festival Executive Judge. Beyond work, Adam finds joy in supporting Aston Villa and cherishing time with his family.

Jennifer Webb

Director of Strategy

Jen has 20 years of international experience working for global brands across B2B, B2C & Healthcare, specialising in audience mapping, brand & messaging strategy, lead generation & activation campaigns across agencies in Edinburgh, London, Paris and New York and her beloved Manchester.  

She brings a wealth of experience spanning the food & drinks, financial services, law services, IT, bioscience, food processing, animal health, engineering, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.  

Her highly perceptive nature allows her to quickly identify the most important critical insights that drive better marketing ROI for clients. Her ability to nurture and positively charge both clients and colleagues, make Jen a highly valued strategist.  

Jen is a passionate health and wellbeing advocate, fascinated by human behaviour, data & psychology and loves how AI is boosting insights generation, creativity & innovation in the agency world.

For over 25 years, Tristan has been working with brands across B2B and B2C to deliver true performance. Having previously held roles as Client Services Director and Planning Director, he now leads our agency growth and new business strategy providing strategic consultancy to both existing clients and prospects. 

With a passion for brand strategy and creativity he plays a key role in developing and communicating our Create+Activate proposition to drive effectiveness. Outside the agency, he also works with a number of charities as a Trustee and school governor.
