A communication and media professional with over 15 years of experience with strong track record of building functional capabilities and winning new business across different sectors.

Effective leader & people management skills with significant achievements in account management, digital activation, media trading & negotiations as well as operational leadership.

Elie started his career back in 1998 with Memac Ogilvy Dubai working on Unilever business then moved to Mindshare Dubai where his contribution has been instrumental in supporting Mindshare’s success and fueling its growth in this region.

In 2007, Elie was assigned to lead Mindshare Dubai, the main and largest operation within the MENA network and the centre of excellence in terms of both product and talent development. Throughout his role, he had been focusing on country’s leadership, business development and most importantly ensuring clients’ satisfaction across a wide range of accounts.

Led and contributed to major achievements in industry innovation across top advertising festivals.

In 2013, Elie embarked into a new challenge and cofound Fusion5, a fully integrated media planning and buying agency.

Elie holds a Baccalaureate II in Math and a BA in Advertising & Marketing from Notre Dame University. He was a board member of IAA- UAE chapter and active member of the IAA Communication and Education Committees for 4 years.

Johnny is well known for his leadership skills leading cross multi-functional teams that develop brand strategies. He is a great supporter of talent development and coaching within teams. He has strong ability in delivering communication innovation programs through a mix of research & insights that resulted in regional and global recognition.

Started his career with WPP Group in 1998 until 2013. Throughout his14 years, he gathered experience in developing Global/Regional Strategies & leading on Regional Accounts (Coca Cola, Unilever, Samsung).

He led on industry innovations and won Regional & Global awards in creativity & media effectiveness (Effie, Lynx, Cristal)

In 2013, he cofound Fusion5, a fully integrated media planning and buying agency leading on strategies and key accounts’ management.

Johnny holds a BA in Advertising & Marketing from Notre Dame University, Active member in the Media Industry & member in the International Advertising Association/ UAE Chapter.
