At Toronto's Hospital for Sick Children, pediatric cancer patients were challenged to keep a written pain journal so the doctors could manage best manage their individual treatment. Not surprisingly the kids had a hard time keeping records accurately and consistently, and if they didn't do it their treatment suffered. Our solution was anchored on the simplest yet most important insight - that sick kids are still kids first and foremost. Our innovative and award-winning solution radically improved record-keeping by putting the power of fun into the kids' hands.
