Owners of the Grand Lucayan, a classic 1,270 room resort on Grand Bahama island, wanted to sell the resort and came to Bolin to help get the word out about a sealed bid, no-minimum auction for the property. Bolin developed a global campaign utilizing print, digital, email and PR, sending potential buyers throughout the world to an informational microsite that included a vault of secured documents. With over 200 qualified inquiries, 37 signed confidentiality agreements and 21 deal room visits, the campaign created awareness, interest and demand for the auction and successfully found a new owner, who will now be able to define the iconic property’s future.
