Claudia Damas leads business and client relations as partner and CEO of Altermark Americas. Prior to joining Altermark, Claudia held a senior director  position at Kinetic WW, WPP’s Out of Home group, where her focus was the development of international business focused into Latin America. During her 13 years at Kinetic, Claudia was responsible for business development, partner acquisition and client OOH communication strategies.  Becoming a partner at Altermark in 2015 allowed Claudia to combine, 13 years of experience with the Out of Home LATAM market inside a corporate entity with the know-how and agility of an independent Brazilian company with 31 years of success.  Claudia has a passion for the Latin American market and proving strategic guidance for clients trying to navigate the very cumbersome Out of Home landscape in the region. Claudia is a graduate of the University of Miami, an avid runner and traveler.

Alexandre Cardoso

Alexandre Cardoso with 30 years of experience in the Brazilian Out of Home market, where he helped implant the concept of Out of Home, has become a national reference when referring to tactical planning and strategy for Out of Home. A professional that has accompanied the evolution of the industry together and created a strong relationship with the top “players” and clients of the Out of Home world. He collaborated with both to create a seriousness and a security for client’s investment in the media. During these decades of dedication, Alexandre was able to create the leading Out of Home agency in Brasil with a strong client base. This entrepreneurial spirit allowed him to look beyond Brasil and see the opportunity of the OOH global market and launch Altermark Global based in Miami. Now living between Miami and Rio de Janeiro, Alexandre truly has the best of both worlds.
