They use brand, market and audience insight to make sure their strategies, creative ideas and activation plans are unique and ownable for the brands they work with and measurably change the way people think and behave. And because they're in the habit of doing things before anyone else, they make sure the work they do for clients is more influential and impactful. They work across a range of B2C and B2B sectors, but have deep knowledge and experience of retail, built environment, manufacturing, automotive and sport working with brands nationally and internationally.
They are an employee-owned business, so they all have a personal stake in the agency and share a passion to be the best, deliver meaningful work and push the boundaries. They love what they do and they always deliver.
In 2013, in order to fill a skills gap in their sector and create jobs for bright young people in their region, Tangerine Communications launched The Juice Academy, a not for profit digital marketing apprenticeship programme. Tangerine employs around five apprentices at any time but also recruits, places and trains them for other leading employers in their region - so far 300+ young people and 100+ businesses have benefited from the programme.
