Hamburg-based agency group expands its portfolio with acquisition of Munich-based company.
The Faktenkontor Group continues to grow: With the acquisition of the multiple award-winning creative agency Havana Orange GmbH, based in Munich, the group is expanding its offering to include consumer brands, brand management, social media, influencer relations, online marketing, and creation, and is expanding the Faktenkontor location in Munich. The new managing director is Dr. Roland Heintze. He is supported by COO and co-partner Stefan Ehgartner.
The Hamburg-based PR consultancy is already distinguished by in-depth analyses, fact-based and cross-channel campaigns, as well as digital competence and expertise in the field of artificial intelligence. Now the agency group is rounding out its offering with consumer brands, brand management, social media, influencer relations, online marketing and creation. The topic of data-based communications is thus once again more broadly positioned. The marketing communications company Havana Orange supports numerous lifestyle, consumer, business and tech companies in the areas of global business development, sales and marketing services. Renowned clients such as Nokia Phones, Pico, Port of Rotterdam, Thinkproject and Invento already rely on the expertise of the Munich based agency.
With the takeover, Dr. Roland Heintze becomes the agency's new managing director; he is already managing director of Faktenkontor GmbH. Founder and former CEO Stefan Ehgartner remains a shareholder and moves into the role of COO. Faktenkontor will hold a majority stake in the company in the future. He will thus be responsible for managing existing customers as well as new customer business.
